Katelyn and David’s story began nearly a decade ago at a house party in Ontario. Since then, they’ve built a life together in Canmore, drawn to the wild beauty of the Canadian Rockies. It’s no surprise they chose to celebrate their wedding surrounded by towering peaks and rustic elegance.
Their day began with David getting ready at home with his groomsmen—complete with a foosball photo session—while Katelyn prepped at the luxurious Malcolm Hotel, finishing her vows and enjoying a calm, laughter-filled morning with her closest friends.
Rather than a first look, Katelyn and David opted to see each other for the first time at the altar. Their ceremony took place on the Silvertip Patio, used for intimate mountain weddings from October through April.
