Capturing connection, courage, and quiet beauty in the heart of the prairies

There’s a softness to Tiffany Eickenberg’s work that you don’t often find in the fast-paced world of wedding photography. Her images feel like exhalations — natural, unforced, and deeply human. But behind that gentleness is a woman whose path into photography has been anything but quiet.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Tiffany’s love of photography began in childhood, experimenting with her parents’ old Pentax camera. It wasn’t until 2014, however, that she decided to step behind the lens with intention. “I was that kid who loved taking photos, but I was shy about sharing them,” she reflects. “It took courage to turn it into something more.” That courage would eventually take her across the globe — from prairie roots to Berlin, Montreal, and back — and now into the hearts of couples all over Manitoba and beyond.
Tiffany is the founder of Tiffany Marie Photography, a Winnipeg-based studio known for its warm, heartfelt approach to wedding and lifestyle photography. Entirely self-taught, Tiffany honed her craft through one-on-one mentoring and on-the-ground experience, eventually leaving her full-time job in 2017 to pursue photography full-time. She credits much of her early growth to her time spent in Swan River, Manitoba, where the absence of nearby photographers and the support of a tight-knit community gave her space to grow.

Whether she's documenting an intimate elopement, a backyard celebration, or a destination wedding in Hawaii or Mexico, Tiffany approaches each shoot with emotional presence and intuitive calm. She directs with gentle prompts rather than rigid poses, creating space for her couples to just be. The result? Photos that feel like memory.
It’s this deep emotional intelligence — rooted in her introverted nature and diverse life experiences — that makes Tiffany’s work stand out. She’s not just photographing a timeline of events; she’s tuning into the energy of the day. “Being a wedding photographer isn’t just about pretty pictures,” she says. “It’s about trust, connection, and telling a story that truly matters. I’m there for the big moments and the quiet ones — the tearful glances, the belly laughs, the nerves no one else notices.”
Her style is best described as natural, warm, and full of heart. It's rooted in real connection — the kind that shows up in spontaneous laughter, quiet glances, and wind-blown hair. “My people? They’re the ones who care more about feeling their photos than staging them,” she says. “They want images that reflect who they truly are — not a Pinterest version of themselves.”

Behind the scenes, Tiffany’s workflow is grounded by years of trial and error. She now photographs around 20–30 weddings a year, offering both full-day and mini packages. While she’s no stranger to travel, she’s also passionate about serving local Manitoba couples and balancing her career with her personal life. “I’ve learned to schedule editing days and days off,” she says. “Creating boundaries and office hours helps me show up fully for my couples and my family.”
Photography, for Tiffany, isn’t just a career — it’s a culmination of everything she’s been through: her travels, her personal growth, her willingness to be vulnerable. Even when October exhaustion sets in and the editing queue is overflowing, she finds purpose in the people. “Editing can wait,” she says. “There are no do-overs on a wedding day. I remind myself to focus on what’s right in front of me.”
Looking ahead, Tiffany’s goals are simple: to keep growing, keep learning, and keep telling stories that matter. “I love what I do, and I can’t imagine any other life.”
