To me, a photo shoot is all about capturing that connection and bond between you and your people. I believe Tofino and Ucluelet are WILDLY great places to get married, and as a person who loves to travel to far-flung destinations, I believe that elopements abroad are the adventures that lifetimes are made of.

I fell in love with photography at a young age. When I was growing up, my dad had a dark room in our basement; I remember exposing the silhouettes of leaves I found in the garden on the enlarger as a favourite project. In 2001 when I embarked upon college, he gave me his camera - a Pentax Spotmatic - which I left in my car overnight and was soon stolen. Such is life.
